    Job Summary:


    Our respected team seeks a dynamic, experienced, and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to enrich our established practice, boasting over 13 years of dedicated service.

    As an ARNP, you'll play a vital role in providing comprehensive medical care to patients.

    You will serve as the first point of contact for individuals seeking medical attention and are responsible for diagnosing and treating a wide range of acute and chronic illnesses as well as preventive care and health maintenance.

    Compensation:
    " $110,000-150,000 (commensurate on experience)


    Job Responsibilities:
    " Conduct thorough medical histories and physical examinations.
    " Diagnose and treat common medical conditions, injuries, and infections frequently seen in a primary care practice.
    " Develop personalized treatment plans for patients, including medication management, lifestyle modifications, and referrals to specialists when necessary.
    " Educate patients about preventative care measures, disease management, and healthy lifestyle choices.
    " Perform minor surgical procedures, such as suturing lacerations and removing skin lesions.
    " Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care for patients.
    " Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records using electronic health record (EHR) systems.
    " Participate in continuing medical education (CME) activities to stay abreast of the latest developments in primary care medicine.
    " Adhere to ethical and legal standards of medical practice and patient confidentiality.
    " Comply with all Washington State licensing requirements.

    Qualifications and Skill Requirements

    • ARNP License in WA
    • Proof of Active National Certification
    • At least 1 to 2 years related post graduate experience is preferred
    • Currently licensed or eligible to be licensed in the state of Washington
    • Unrestricted DEA and NPI
    • Ability to be credentialed under with all major insurances as well as Medicare
    • Proficient in use of the EMR
    • Strong clinical skills and ability to make evidence-based medical decisions.
    • Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with patients, families, and colleagues.
    • Ability to provide compassionate patient care while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
    • Commitment to continuous professional development and quality improvement.
