Futures Operations Analyst and Manager - Chicago, United States - Phaxis

I am working with a financial services firm to bring in a Futures Operations Analyst AND Manager to build out their growing team.

Direct Hire - Hybrid in Chicago

Must Haves:

• 2+ years of experience in financial operations (Analyst level)
• 7+ years of experience in financial operations (Manager level)
• Strong understanding of futures/options
• Strong understanding of SEC/Client, NFA, CFTC regulatory requirements

Day to Day:

• Oversee T+1 trade/reconciliation for all futures/options exchanges
• Maintain strong relationships with front office staff to ensure requirements are met
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Lead day to day operations of the team & report directly to Head of FCM Clearing Operations (Manager level)

Analyst Level: 85-125k base
