Job summary
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our team at Waterford Hotel Group. As a Room Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring that guest rooms are clean and inviting by changing bed linens making beds replacing used towels and other bathroom amenities sweeping mopping floors vacuuming carpets dusting polishing furniture emptying trash containers cleaning public areas reporting technical issues maintenance needs updating status of guest rooms to Supervisors or Managers returning restocking cleaning supplies at shift end.Responsibilities
- Greeting guests and responding to queries.
- Changing bed linen and making beds.
- Replacing used towels and other bathroom amenities such as shampoo soap.
