    Do you have a passion for creating inspiring spaces and a keen eye for design trends?

    We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Accessories and Home Decor Buyer to join our team In this role, you will be responsible for curating a selection of on-trend and profitable accessories and home decor items that resonate with our target audience.

    Responsibilities:

    • Conduct market research and identify emerging trends in the home decor and accessories industry.
    • Develop and execute a buying strategy to ensure a well-balanced and cohesive product assortment across all categories (e.g., lamps, throws, wall art, tableware).
    • Source and negotiate with vendors to secure high-quality products at competitive prices.
    • Analyze sales data, inventory levels, and customer feedback to identify buying opportunities and optimize product selection.
    • Manage and maintain positive relationships with vendors, ensuring timely deliveries and clear communication.
    • Create and manage budgets for assigned product categories.
    • Oversee product development, working with designers and vendors to bring new concepts to life (may vary depending on company size).
    • Monitor and analyze product performance, profitability, and inventory levels.
    • Develop and implement promotional strategies to drive sales and brand awareness for assigned categories.
    • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor analysis, and consumer preferences.
    • Work collaboratively with internal teams such as merchandising, marketing, and sales.

    Qualifications:
