    O'Brien Heating & Air Conditioning is hiring for a full-time Lead HVAC Installer to lead one of our installation teams. This vital lead position works 8:00 am to 4:30 pm Monday - Friday with some overtime and Saturdays required and earns up to $35 an hour plus spiffs and commissions. All technicians participate in an on-call rotation which rotates daily. We also provide excellent benefits including health insurance with a rx card, dental, 401(k) plan with a Safe Harbor company match, short- and long-term disability, uniforms, a boot program, a tool co-op program, an iPad, and an iPhone

    O'Brien Heating & Air Conditioning has provided nearly 70 years of HVAC service to customers in Delaware County, and the Main Line and surrounding area. Our technicians perform a wide variety of services including warm air heating and air conditioning, heat pumps, hot water, and steam heating, as well as indoor air quality.

    LEAD HVAC INSTALLER QUALIFICATIONS

    • Minimum 3 years of Installer experience
    • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record
    • EPA-certified and NATE certification (preferred)
