The Senior Unified Communications (UC) Engineer will analyze and define the business and technical requirements of complex/converged network architectures. The engineer must have extensive design and implementation experience of Cisco Unified Communications Products including Communications Manager Unity Emergency Responder Cisco IM Presence Cisco Unified Communications Contact Center with CVP.
The UC engineer is responsible for leading deployment of customer projects covering technical deployment integrity customer satisfaction success documenting project complex designs. This position delivers customer solutions with corresponding documentation assists in development of technical design collateral.
Responsibilities
Liaises with customers to plan highly successful UC environments
Aligns technology to meet business opportunities needs within communications platform strategy context
Delivers consulting engagements works distributed sales teams along with deployment team members possesses command voice technologies components core Cisco Collaboration product family knowledge
Presents deep technical knowledge communication skills organizational agility guiding customers through UC integration projects performs hands-on content development solution work or guides engineers on best practices
