    Motion is currently adding a sales recruiter to target both entry level and experienced sales candidates across Motion's footprint.

    As a Sales Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in attracting and selecting top Sales talent to join our growing company.

    Job Responsibilities:
    Focus on sales recruitment through various channels, including online job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals
    Collaborate with Sales Enablement manager and hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
    Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques (e.g., Boolean search)
    Conduct thorough screening and assessment of applicants to ensure they meet the required qualifications and cultural fit
    Lead all components of the recruitment cycle including sourcing (clients and candidates), detailed job order compilation, candidate assessment, interviewing processes, offer negotiation, and follow-up at all stages
    Schedule and conduct interviews, phone and via video conferencing platforms
    Maintain a pipeline of potential placements that is consistently large enough to meet monthly requirements
    Provide concise reporting on pipeline activities both in a structured format and through frequent communications with stakeholders
    Stay informed of industry best practices, employment trends affecting the recruitment function and current employment legislation and policies
    Design and implement recruitment strategies
    Own the recruiting process


    Skills and Experience Required:
    BA/BS degree from an accredited college or university highly preferred. Equivalent work/education experience may be considered based on area of specialization and performance
    5+ years of experience in recruiting sales positions preferred
    Highly skilled in passive proactive sourcing and internet recruiting
    Experience in recruiting for high volume call centers, and inside sales and outside sales
    Knowledge of the industrial distribution or manufacturing industry is a plus
    Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
    Strong ability to evaluate candidates and make informed hiring decisions
    Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment
    Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software
    Strong organizational, relationship-building, and multi-tasking skills
