    Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop and execute targeted outreach campaigns and strategies to nurture leads and move them through the sales funnel.

    Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and updates in the CRM system, ensuring data integrity and providing regular reports on lead generation activities and outcomes.

    Assist in creating compelling sales collateral, presentations, and proposals to support the sales process and showcase the value proposition of our services.

    Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and market developments to identify opportunities for business growth and optimization of sales efforts.


    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

    Proven experience in lead generation, sales support, or a similar role, preferably within the HR outsourcing, consulting, or professional services industry.

    Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
    Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with clients and colleagues.
    Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and objectives.
    Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
