Job summary:
A Bartender is responsible for taking food and beverage orders; entering orders quickly and in proper sequence; serving food and beverages for guests at the bar and tables in the restaurant, if required; coordinating with the kitchen to ensure timely service and quality of the food; and providing the highest quality of service to the customer at all times;
Maintains bar and table appearance by pre-bussing checks drink levels removes clutter provides adequate napkins etc;
Presents check for payment processes payments provides change as needed
Stocks organizes bar as required Ensures friendly welcoming service at all times Processes payments via POS register system Follows customer service adult beverage cash handling policies procedures Keeps assigned station clean sets up takes down station tables appropriately Any duties assigned by management
