Position Summary:

Front Counter / Warehouse workers are responsible for various tasks such as processing sales orders, assisting customers, coordinating deliveries, organizing building materials, and handling inventory. They also participate in loading and unloading materials and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensure accurate receiving and safe storage of merchandise.
• Manage inventory, including cycle counting and order processing.
• Fill sales orders accurately and in a timely manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the work area.
• Provide excellent customer service and report any issues to the supervisor.
• Utilize computer systems for warehouse inventory management.
• Perform other assigned duties.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of warehouse experience.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in varying weather conditions and noise levels.

Safety Assessment/Typical Working Conditions:

The warehouse worker operates primarily indoors with exposure to outdoor elements. The yard worker operates outdoors and deals with natural weather conditions. Both roles may encounter moderate noise levels and fumes from various materials.
