    About the Role:

    Title:
    Engineering Director


    Job Overview:
    Proven skills designing and developing simple solutions to complex customer challenges.
    20+ years' experience in managing large complex program within Quality Engineering.
    Must have strong Banking domain experience.
    Experienced in setting-up Scaled Agile at Portfolio& Solution Level
    Conducted Scaled Agile ceremonies and track Program and Portfolio level status
    Service industry/ Consulting experience - MUST


    Location :
    Dallas TX (100% Onsite)


    Salary Range:
    The salary for this position is between $180,000to $200,000 annually.

    Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
