- Business development for 4flow consulting North America
- Leading the full cycle sales processes for new and existing clients
- Developing and implementing outreach strategies
- Attending and presenting at supply chain conferences and internal summits
- Developing a sales pipeline
- Collaborating with Marketing on messaging initiatives and campaigns
- Collaborating with 4flow team members from other regions and other business units
- Adjust and develop the 4flow consulting product portfolio and offerings
- Acting as a Key Account Manager in ensuring successful client growth and client projects
- Responsible for customer satisfaction and quality as well as consulting teams of bigger client programs
- Responsible for the mentorship and development of 4flow team members including managers and directors
- 10 + years' experience at a consulting firm with increasing levels of responsibility
- 10+ years' experience in Supply Chain projects including topics such as digital transformations, intralogistics and production, transportation and network, process improvement and S&OP.
- Progressive responsibility in project and client management, leading teams of consultants, full cycle sales, financial oversight of projects.
- Experience working with all levels of management at large customers.
- Demonstrated proficiency in significantly contributing to business growth including growing the client base.
- Ability to lead and develop a leadership team including directors.

What Your New Challenge Will Look Like The VP of consulting will be responsible to design and implement strategies to significantly grow our North American Consulting business. This will include securing new clients and projects as well as growing our business with existing clients. The VP of Consulting is a hybrid position that will be based out of 4flow's Troy, Michigan or Atlanta, Georgia location.
