Full job description Estimating ManagerOur manufacturing client is seeking an Estimating Manager This full-time, direct-hire role is responsible for overseeing the entire estimating process and coaching the team to ensure timely, accurate quotes for customers.

Responsibilities of the Estimating ManagerManage, train, motivate, and monitor performance of estimating teamPrepare accurate pricing of estimates with the proper level of detail, including labor, material, and subcontract itemsWork with customers and sales throughout quoting processAssist in the development of KPIs for teamPerform additional tasks and projects as requiredQualifications of the Estimating ManagerGreat attention to detailAbility to quickly address customer issues and clearly communicate customer expectations into RFQsStrong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skillsAbility to read blueprints and understanding of measuring equipmentFamiliarity with CAD, SolidWorks, or similar design softwareAbility to work with a computerized sales system (Salesforce/CRM preferred)Please share your resume in confidence for this Estimating Manager opportunity.
