    Job Description


    As Psychosocial Rehabilitation Specialist at citizen-advocates you will serve as part of crisis intervention unit providing rehabilitation support activities necessary for individuals to improve self-management skills.

    Responsibilities include:

    1. Provider of rehabilitation support recover oriented activities interventions skill development
    2. Assist individual identify meaningful life role goal objectives through person-centered process
    3. Train coping skills address symptoms manage stress reduce exposure vulnerability stress assist identifying trauma triggers develop healthy coping alternatives anger challenging situations encourage personal autonomy through recognition managing mental health symptoms engage navigation transportation guide understanding chronic medical conditions further engagement wellness activities teach strengthen daily living skills
