    Description
    We are looking for an Production Support Analyst to join a renowned financial institution. The organization is in the process of replacing their entire payments platform and going through a digital transformation. This program is split into 5 different workstreams within the core banking team.

    We are in search of an individual with strong incident reporting and SDLC background/understanding who can step in to help not only develop but also report across the entire organization.

    The current leader of this team is responsible for all executive and team reporting.

    This individual will be meeting daily with key stake holders to obtain necessary information on all API integration statues/updates including: establishing risk, timelines, impacts and milestones.

    We are looking for a strong communicator. This candidate must be strong in both Spanish and English.

    This role is embedded within an API support and integration team and will require hands on coding with java, mulesoft, and springboot.

    These positions will need informatica powercenter as the ETL tool for effective processing and accelerate the data integration along the way.

    This person is joining a team of support and responsible for high level production.

    Required Skills & Experience
    -4+ years' experience as an Application / Product Support role

    • Strong SDLC knowledge
    • Java, React, AWS (how APIs are built, etc)
    • Ability to understand regulatory changes along product scope
    • Incident Report Analysis
    • ServiceNow ticketing
    • Informatica PowerCenter (ETL knowledge)
    • Spanish/English bilingual
    • Technical Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related science field

    • Banking / Financial industry
