    Job Overview

    As a National Sales Associate, you will report to the Head of National Sales Accounts and engage cross-functionally with departments like Product Development, Brand, Sourcing, Order Entry and Marketing. You'll play a pivotal role in supporting and executive sales strategies, data analysis, and delivering exceptional customer service to all stakeholders.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Provide support to Inside and Outside Sales representatives.
    • Maintain sales data for Key Accounts, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
    • Foster positive relationships with customers through regular communication via email and phone.
    • Review purchase orders, backorders, sample orders and quotes.
    • Manage account samples for buyers.
    • Merchandise product planograms and create eye-catching counter and floor displays.
    • Efficiently track inbound merchandise and manage shortlists.
    • Contribute insights on sales strategies to generate new business and grow current programs.
    • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify industry trends and leverage growth opportunities.
    • Assist in developing and delivering sales presentations, both in-person and virtually.
    • Exhibit adaptability in responsibilities that may arise, both internally and with customers.

    Job Competencies

    • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
    • 1+ years of B2B Sales experience preferred.
    • 2+ years of Customer Service experience.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
    • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
    • Demonstrate a proactive and self-motivated approach to task management.
    • Trade Show experience is a plus.
    • Retail experience is a plus.
    • Must have the ability to commute to our Westbury office.
