We work with top companies across the globe to find them top talent for their organizations.We are seeking a Director of Business Development to join our team You would be responsible for all sales efforts to drive new business, leverage existing relationships and to identify new orders to support our recruiting team.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily sales operations
Track monthly results and trends for business forecasting
Meet and exceed sales goals and metrics
Establish and maintain relationships with C-Suite Executives
Develop and execute email and marketing campaigns
Cold call potential clients and explain how our services and expertise will benefit their company
Conduct virtual or in person sales meetings with prospective clients
Attend various trade shows
Qualifications:
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
Strong leadership qualities
Strong negotiation skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience with CRM platforms or related software
Experience with ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar platforms
