    Summary:

    We are seeking a Project Manager focusing on Financial Systems. This role ensures that projects are delivered on time, coordinated across teams and escalates any roadblocks to competition. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a passion for building relationships and providing superb customer service.


    Key Experience:


    • Project Management Experience / PMP Certified preferred
    • OneStream application - Plus, NOT Required
    • Experience in Finance / Financial Systems
    • UAT Coordination and feedback
    • SDLC Documentation - Creation and Approval flow coordination
    • Project Change Management

    Responsibilities:


    • Drive projects to completion, escalating any issues, and reporting to executive management.
    • Manage multiple vendors assisting with IT Infrastructure program.
    • Update project management too(s) (SharePoint, Click-up, Project, etc.) to manage tasks and reporting.
    • Develop and flush out projects and budgets, creating charters and reports.
    • Ability to manage and drive projects and carries out duties in compliance with established business policies.
    • Perform other duties & projects as assigned.
    • Close communication and cooperative efforts with cross-functional teams.
    • Develops, tracks, and maintains project/study development timelines (integrated project timelines), project deliverables and milestones, including understanding and communicating inter-dependencies and critical path activities.
    • Ensures integration of projects and adjusts project scope, timing, and budgets as needed, based on the needs of the business.
    • Drives cross-functional planning and effective execution through the development and monitoring of fully integrated, cross-functional, project specific timelines and budgets.
    • Leads the coordination of project activities and resources across the organization in a manner that maximizes efficiency and minimizes conflicts.
    • Develops or tracks the development of project plans and execution, ensuring stakeholder buy-in and regulatory and legal compliance.
    • Manages meetings and facilitates discussions using meeting management best practices to project strategy, scenario planning, cross-functional communication, timely and effective decision making, and successful execution of program objectives; develops agendas and summarize key meeting discussions and decisions (meeting minutes).
    • Works closely with and builds strong working relationships with cross-functional team members to develop a collaborative team environment.
    Requirements


    • B.S./B.A. degree in relevant field (or equivalent work experience).
    • Experienced IT project manager with 6-12 years of experience managing application deployments.
    • Experience with MS Teams/Zoom for collaboration.
    • Experience with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Experience with SharePoint for document management.
    • Experience with global team facilitation and coordination.
    • PMI Certification (or in progress).
    • PMP or Sig Sigma experience in agile development environment.
    • Ability to juggle multiple projects and budgets.
    • In depth knowledge of various Windows desktop and server applications such as Microsoft Office, Project and Adobe.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
    • Excellent organizational and follow-up skills with strong attention to detail.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure.
