Job Summary
This role involves providing respiratory care as a proficient and independent practitioner within the healthcare field. The responsibilities include delivering respiratory care to patients with minimal supervision, encompassing therapy, management, rehabilitation, and diagnostic assessments for patients with cardiopulmonary and related systemic issues. Additionally, the role involves administering various respiratory therapies such as oxygen, medical gases, aerosolized medications, ventilation, and resuscitation devices. Conducting pulmonary diagnostic procedures and evaluations are also part of the job scope. The role requires leveraging knowledge of growth and development principles to cater to each patient's unique age-specific requirements for tailored treatments.
Demonstrating proficiency in diverse clinical and critical care settings is essential to provide high-quality services to patient care units through effective communication, cooperation, and teamwork with the healthcare staff. Participation in specialized training and certification programs is encouraged to enhance expertise and skill sets for working in specific clinical domains.
