    Job Description:

    In this role, you will support five Vice Presidents on our Investment Deal Team. You will be responsible for all day-to-day executive administrative functions and perform a variety of tasks that require independent judgment, discretion, and confidentiality. Ideal candidates will be a team player - as well as be approachable, proactive, and an independent problem solver. Highly effective

    communication (both written and verbal) and organizational skills are critical to the position. You

    must have the capability to work as part of a team, as well as independently with little direction.

    Responsibilities:


    • Heavy calendaring and complex calendar management


    • Arrange frequent domestic and international travel


    • Manage and submit expense reports for individuals


    • Greet guests and assist with in-person meetings as needed


    • Project manage team and firm events as needed


    • Assist with the daily operations of the office as needed


    • Provide backup support for other EAs and our Receptionist as needed


    • Take on various projects outside of the EA role as they arise

    Requirements:


    • 5+ years of relative executive support experience


    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent strongly preferred


    • Demonstrable history of working with integrity, discretion, and a high level of confidentiality


    • Skills in the areas of relationship building, communication, and partnering with other leaders'

    executive assistants, as well as colleagues at all levels in the organization.


    • Strong attention to detail


    • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task, prioritizing across various stakeholders


    • Excellent verbal and written communication with high-level executives and professionals,

    both internal and external to the firm


    • Experience coordinating large meetings


    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications and Zoom


    • Experience with Concur or another expense software is a plus
