Required Qualifications:
Washington Residents Only: The annual salary range for residents of Washington is between $500,000 and $635,717.00. This range includes total cash compensation at target, which may vary based on experience and performance. Salary is determined by factors such as education, experience, and certifications. Additionally, UnitedHealth Group offers a comprehensive benefits package, incentive programs, stock purchase options, and 401k contributions. Eligibility for benefits is subject to specific requirements.
