    Job Description

    Work closely with Oracle's internal business and development teams to drive the technical/functional global implementation of Oracle's applications internally.


    The main responsibilities may include:

    Lead all aspects of internal deployment projects and work closely with the internal teams on status, issues and communications.

    Define business specifications with the internal user community for the global deployment of the application. Define and drive business specifications for product and component integration points. Map standard application functionality to global/local business specifications. Lead product gaps from business specifications to product enhancement and/or business process change. Define product enhancements to drive solutions for all customers. Manage product setup definition and configuration along with internal business process teams. Manage all aspect of product rollout and coordination with internal teams. Define specifications for data migration from legacy systems into newer applications. Define specifications for data interfaces between applications for product rollouts. Manage user acceptance testing and transfer of information to internal teams. Provide technical support for implemented applications; diagnosing and reporting bugs, applying patches and upgrades as needed. Establish priorities for feasibility studies, systems design and implementation to develop new and/or modify the company's information processing systems. Coordinate with functional departments involved to collect system specifications, techniques, and controls. Interact with senior management within Product Development, Business organizations and Global IT.Duties and tasks are standard with some variation. Completes own role largely independently within defined policies and procedures. 2-4 years of related experience in a medium to large network distributed and computing environment. BS or equivalent experience in programming on enterprise or department servers or systems.

    Responsibilities


    As a Senior Solution Architect in the Support organization, you will demonstrate a deep understanding of Oracle Health products, architecture, integrations, and potential areas of product and support improvement.

    You will mentor and resolve escalated problems and issues using solution knowledge and expertise and resolve complex issues presented internally and externally.

    You will cultivate and sustain relationships with clients and other internal organizations to provide appropriate escalation of issues, solution knowledge, and engagement.

    Your knowledge and expertise will be leveraged in projects that impact the overall organization and produce outcomes for our customers and employees.


    In this role, you will leverage strong communication skills to work with Oracle Health teams, customers, and other internal organizations.

    You will be responsible for using your extensive knowledge of support processes, integrations, and tooling to identify and execute proactive process improvements.

    You will also be a key player and driver of organization level projects and initiatives.


    Key responsibilities include:
    Comprehensive understanding of Millennium foundation, build, and integration points

    Subject matter authority in Support tooling and processes

    Expansive solution knowledge that crosses multiple solution teams

    Alignment to organization or venue wide initiatives and projects

    Proactive application issue identification and trending

    Provide mentorship and resolution on a variety of technical and non-technical issues

    Serve as a liaison to cross-organizational groups and leaders with strong communication and organizational skills

    Perform complex troubleshooting investigations, document notes, and knowledge articles

    Develop and maintain good relationships with peers and clients, and provide timely feedback to encourage success

    Requires ability to obtain Public Trust federal clearance. Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in customer service and/or technical support with 3+ years directly related application experience.

    Ideal candidate will have prior experience with Oracle Health applications, internal knowledgebase, Oracle Health customer processes, and our other electronic support Offerings.

    US:

    Hiring Range:
    from $31.97 to $67.93 per hour; from $66,500 to $141,300 per annum. May be eligible for equity.


    Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.

    Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

    Paid time off:
    Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits.

    For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment.

    Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

    11 paid holidays

    Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
