- Deliver engaging soccer sessions in accordance with the Super Soccer Stars curriculum
- Provide individual and group instruction to children aged 2-12 years old
- Promote a positive and inclusive atmosphere for all participants
- Maintain a safe and organized environment during sessions
- Communicate effectively with parents and administrative staff
- Attend training and development sessions provided by the company
- Participate in staff meetings and evaluations
- Passion for working with children and promoting youth development
- Prior experience coaching or working with children
- Knowledge of soccer and ability to teach basic soccer skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well both independently and within a team
- Reliable and responsible with a strong work ethic
- Availability to work on weekends and/or weekday evenings
- CPR and First Aid certifications (preferred)
