- Work in a Medical/Surgical unit specializing in the care of acutely ill adults and surgical patients (both emergent and elective)
- Adult med-surg patient population
- Night shift schedule: 1900–0730
- Rotating weekend requirement
- 9-week contract
- Provides professional nursing care to acutely ill adult and post-surgical patients alongside RNs and nurse assistants
- Specialty certification in Medical Surgical Nursing is strongly encouraged and supported
- This facility strictly adheres to all posted job requirements and will not make exceptions for certifications, experience, or skills — candidates must meet all listed qualifications for consideration
- Active, unencumbered Oregon RN license currently in hand
- Current certifications required: BLS/BCLS (Healthcare Provider level), ACLS, and NIHSS
- Minimum 1 year of med-surg nursing experience required
