    The Operational Intelligence Center is a sophisticated command center focused on customer service to retail centers across North America.

    The purpose of this position is to conduct complex research and analysis in the retail sector to provide timely and pertinent information relating to crime pattern detection, suspect-crime correlation, target-suspect data, crime forecasting, crime mapping, and resource deployment.

    Crime analysts must utilize a vast assortment of resources, both within the intelligence community and other sophisticated collection/research methodologies, to analyze crime patterns, provide mitigation strategies, and predict criminal activity.

    Personnel works closely with all-source intelligence, internal crime reporting tools, law enforcement, and other open-source databases to develop and disseminate actionable intelligence to key stakeholders.

    In addition, crime analysts must compose analytical intelligence reports, advanced mapping/graphics and develop and present all-source criminal analysis products.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Analyze criminal, behavioral, and risk incident trends from multiple internal/external data sources, including internal databases and spreadsheets, as well as The Client's proprietary incident reporting system.
    • ">">
    • Prepare and present daily, weekly, monthly, and annual comprehensive products regarding current and emerging trends.
    • ">">
    • Utilize computer databases, electronic spreadsheets, desktop publishing, geographical information systems (GIS), word processing, and statistical applications to manipulate, analyze, and present data.
    • ">">
    • Collaborate with various intelligence sources, including local, state, and federal law enforcement partners, state fusion center partners, The Client's security providers, and internal/external open-source intelligence (OSINT) analysts.

    • Assess the significance and reliability of incoming information with current intelligence.
    • ">">
    • Liaise with incident management system provider to ensure the system is providing the best product in support of The Client's security strategies.

    Requirements:

    • Maintain access to The Client's network and all other required, internal systems.

    • Must have expert-level experience in Microsoft Office Suite.
