    Inspire Health Clinical Nurse

    Summary:

    This clinical nurse role provides critical care to patients in an acute inpatient setting, fostering a patient-centered approach and utilizing evidence-based practices. The ideal candidate will possess strong assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation skills, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of an interdisciplinary healthcare team.

    Responsibilities:

    • Assess patient needs and develop individualized plans of care that reflect current evidence-based practice.
    • Provide direct care to assigned patients in a safe, timely, and cost-effective manner, consistent with established plans of care and patient priorities.
    • Evaluate plan of care for effectiveness, document progress toward expected outcomes, and revise plan of care as needed.
    • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure continuity of care and smooth transitions between levels of care.

    Requirements:

    • Associate's Degree in Nursing.
    • One year of experience as a Registered Nurse or completion of the Prisma Health Nurse Residency Program.
    • Basic computer skills.

    Work Environment:

    This is a non-management role that will report to a supervisor, manager, director, or executive.

    Estimated Salary:

    $80,000 - $110,000 per year.
