- 3-5 years of experience in a regulated industry
- Bachelor's degree in science, math, or a related field
- Certifications in quality management or audit processes preferred
- Proficiency in cGMP guidelines and familiarity with regulatory compliance
- Advanced analytical skills and proficiency in quality-related metrics and scorecards
- Skills in project management and strong communication abilities
- Experience in supplier interaction and quality audits
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and risk assessments of suppliers to ensure adherence to quality standards
- Develop and implement corrective actions and development plans to enhance supplier performance
- Manage supplier quality metrics, scorecards, and KPIs to track and improve product and process quality
- Collaborate with R&D and Purchasing to support new product development and ensure supplier alignment with quality standards
- Work closely with Production to address and resolve material defects and quality issues
- Perform additional duties as required to support the team and supply chain quality functions
