    Advance Insurance is seeking a energetic, smart, customer oriented, self motivated, individual to work at our booming company As a CSR you would be servicing our customers, assisting agents, quoting policies andanswering insurance questions.

    Computer skills, phone skills and people skills are a must Insurance experience is a plus, butwe are willing to train.

    Customer Service experience, but not necessary
    Insurance experience or Licensed highly recommended

    Responsibilities
    Develop a good rapport with clients and provide them with exceptional service
    Assist clients with billing questions, policy changes, and payment options
    Review policies for accuracy and contact clients to discuss their needs
    Educate clients on insurance coverages
    Working together with our sales team to provide additional needs

    Qualifications
    Must speak Spanish
    Customer Service experience, but not necessary
    Insurance experience or Licensed highly recommended
    We are willing to train & get you licensed

    Additional Information

    Supplemental pay types:
    Bonus opportunities

    Weekly day range:
    Monday to Friday with occasional Saturdays (10am-2PM)

    Normal business hours are split into shifts, 8:50 AM-5:00 PM and 9:30 AM-6:00 PM
