    As a

    Membership Services Representative , you will play a vital role in supporting our members and the general public.

    Your responsibilities will include addressing member inquiries and concerns, coordinating customer service functions across departments, and ensuring the smooth processing of membership sales and retention.


    Responsibilities:
    The

    Membership Services Representative

    maintains a high level of customer care, compassion, and composure while resolving member issues in a sometimes-stressful environment.
    The

    Membership Services Representative

    coordinates with internal and external contacts to facilitate the customer service function for members, collaborating across company departments.
    Drive membership sales and ensure member retention through effective communication and support.
    The

    Membership Services Representative

    addresses inquiries and requests from potential and existing members promptly and accurately.
    The

    Membership Services Representative

    processes payments and maintain accurate balancing records.
    Work flexible hours, including weekends, to accommodate member needs.
    Perform other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications:
    High School Diploma or equivalent.
    Two years of customer service and sales experience
    Efficiency in Microsoft Office products.
    Customer service and excellent phone/ email etiquette.
    Coordination of multiple phone system.
    Functions in a fast-paced offices
    Sales and marketing support expereince preferred.
