    F&I Department Leadership:
    Lead and direct the finance and insurance department, providing guidance and mentorship to team members. Foster a high-performance culture that emphasizes teamwork, accountability, and customer satisfaction.


    Customer Relations:
    Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing transparent and professional financial advice. Address customer concerns and inquiries related to financing options and F&I products.


    Compliance:
    Stay abreast of industry regulations and legal requirements related to automotive financing. Ensure the dealership's practices align with all applicable laws and ethical standards.


    Training and Development:


    Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for finance team members to enhance their skills, product knowledge, and customer service capabilities.


    Budget Management:
    Collaborate with senior management to establish and manage budgets for the finance department. Monitor and control expenses to ensure financial targets are met.

    Product Offerings:
    Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to enhance product offerings and drive F&I product penetration. Evaluate and introduce new finance and insurance products to meet customer needs and maximize revenue.


    Qualifications:
    At least three years of automotive Finance Director experience required
    Five years automotive finance experience required
    Knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures
    Professional personal appearance and excellent communication skills
    Excellent customer service skills and robust sales skills
    Basic Microsoft Office knowledge; computer software and internet proficiency
    Excellent verbal and written communication, strong negotiation and presentation skills
    Must possess the ability to close a deal
    Valid driver's license
    Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
