Job Profile and Description

Mingo Manufacturing, Inc., candidate will have an associate or bachelor's degree in drafting or engineering and needs to be comfortable using 2D and 3D Auto CAD Inventor software. Responsibilities include drafting new and existing products, support of procurement, product and manufacturing processes, support of customer service and marketing ensuring and improving product quality, efficiency, and safety.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Produce drawing including layouts, sketches, 3D models or physical parts for manufacturing and assembly of components.
• Layout and design new products and tooling per Project and /or Design.
• Check drawings for dimensional accuracy completeness and content to conform to project requirements.
• Communicate to support and achieve daily goals.
• Create/format/update engineering documents such as design specifications, material specifications, and project forms.
• Release completed drawings for job as required requirements.
• Track, document, and report progress of key engineering projects as required.
• Create reports like usage history, unshipped orders, or order quantities for specific part types.
• Perform administrative duties such as operating office equipment or data filing as required.
• Perform other data/documentation duties as necessary.

Requirements

• A basic understanding of fabrication techniques and machining processes.
• Prefer to have knowledge of oilfield equipment.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Attention to detail
• Proficient typing skills
• Computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
• Good organizational abilities
• Good interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-3 years office experience desired
