    SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER

    As our Social Media Manager, you'll become an integral part of the brand marketing team and work with key stakeholders throughout the business to develop and grow our social platforms by creating original content that meets key performance objectives, establishes the brand as an authority in the market space, and drives the sale of our products.

    Responsibilities
    Understand our brand identity and maintain a cohesive voice across all platforms
    Align with marketing and business goals to launch campaigns that drive growth, impressions and engagement around new product launches, updates, partnerships and content releases
    Build, create, galvanize and foster audiences across several emerging platforms through innovative marketing tactics.
    Bring the brand to life through original, well-researched, and tailored content for emerging social media platform
    Develop a robust influencer strategy that engages a wide network for marketing amplification.
    Execute seasonal gifting and seeding strategies
    Consistently research and report against social media trends
    Leverage and exercise data to support active and future marketing campaigns
    Create compelling and perfectly-timed photo, video and audio assets that educate consumers about our mission and products
    Support brand content team on the organic media calendar to plan campaigns and drive brand activity accordingly
    Assist with the development, delivery, roll-out and reporting of marketing initiatives that drive engagement and acquisition through organic media
    Work cross functionally with our creative and digital marketing teams to drive the brand
    Liaise with our creative teams to execute clear and concise marketing briefs
    Proofread and edit copy for clarity, voice, tone, specificity, and believability
    Efficiently work within tight deadlines to write concise, well-polished content with powerful calls-to-action
    Expand knowledge of social media, emerging photo, video and audio platforms, marketing trends and best practices
    Other duties as assigned including content creation & production, presentations, proofing and creative thinking
    Qualifications

    To succeed in this position, you'll need:5 years experience with social media marketing, content creation and copywriting
    Strong familiarity with new and emerging platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, TikTok, Snapchat, Twitch, emerging media etc.)
    A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field
    A genuine interest in content creation, influencers and creators, social media and marketing
    A passion for creative thinking and thought provoking content
    To be comfortable with and receptive to constructive criticism; able to address
    feedback quickly and accurately
    To be tech-savvy and comfortable with CMS, digital platforms and related project management tools (including but not limited to G Suite, Sprout Social, Facebook
    To be well-organized, accountable, and self-motivated
    The ability to work both on your own and collaboratively
