- At least six months experience in Labor & Delivery or be enrolled in training/transition program.

- Experience in the recovery of the vaginal and cesarean delivery
- Experience in circulating cesarean sections
- Experience in the recovery of the patient with Regional anesthesia
- Experience in breastfeeding education and support
- basic Medical / Surgical nursing skills,
