Quality Engineer (Entry Level Biomedical Engineer)
Location:
Scarborough, ME 04092
Duration: 4 Months
Opportunities for overtime ( during the week or Saturday)
Automation and manual process. A support role for production on the quality side in Westbrook.
PPE will be the provided lab coats, hair nets and mask if needed. Safety shoes is not required for this role. They will need to wear pants and closed toed shoes
Top 3 Technical Skills:
Attention to detail is a must. Communication skills (mostly verbal). Computer skills is helpful. SAP and AGILE are the two primary systems utilized.
Additional Details:
Experience in a regulated Field is preferrable. Quality and medical device experience will be beneficial and what the manager will look for in resumes. More experience the better, but experience as an intern will be reviewed. The training is only 2 weeks. The expectation is they will be completed with training within 2-3weeks. Average experience most employees had when coming on the team were 1-4 year's experience.
Education:
Bachelor's in Engineering degree is required
