Looking for Weekend Shift Leads
- Applicants MUST be punctual and reliable for this position.
- Applicants MUST have a little lead experience.
I am looking for leads that can work Saturday and Sunday close every other weekend. It will be an alternating shift, so you will have one weekend on and one weekend off.

We are looking to add a Crew Leader to our Flowood location. The Crew Leader will assist in the development of the team, drive profitability and deliver unparalleled hospitality. The ideal candidate must lead with operational excellence and exceptional service, as well as uphold all brand standards.
CREW LEADER ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Interacts with crew member and customers using "Tropitude" (Tropitude is our "mojo" and means having energy and creating a positive atmosphere).
- Delivers unparalleled hospitality to each customer.
- Has knowledge and proficiency in each position within the cafe.
- Has successfully completed the Cafe Basics and Certified Training Programs.
- Ensures each station is operating to Tropical Smoothie Cafe's standards.
- Trains and coaches crew members during each shift to ensure brand standards are upheld.
- Uses tools to accomplish goals, manage labor and control inventory.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $12.00 per hour
