    Description

    Pay Range:
    $24 to $28 Per hour.


    Responsible for evaluating existing business processes, recommends and implements process improvements, assist and/or leads resolving business process problems and serves as a resource for addressing daily production or process related issues.

    May include developing recommending and implementing pricing strategies, developing Order Fulfillment Process (OFP) processes, and recommending master schedule changes.

    Ensures that unit processes are in alignment with the Division processes and objectives.
    Manages the Order Fulfillment Process by developing, recommending, and implementing strategies to the master schedule.
    Investigates, analyzes, and resolves business process issues in order to correct deficiencies, reduce costs and improve processes and performance.
    Analyzes business forecasts, recommends changes to the business schedules, and creates and maintains master production schedules and shipping schedules.

    The Parts Analyst position at Thibodaux works directly with the customer support, supply management, and design teams to determine the service parts requirements for our new product programs.

    They are responsible for executing the workflow necessary to set up new service parts to include the initial stocking quantities for the various global parts distribution centers, and tracking progress until 100% of the parts are stocked.

    This position is also involved in various business improvement projects for Thibodaux, to include inventory management.
