UPMC Presbyterian is seeking a flexible Full-Time Diagnostic Technologist to join our Radiology team This role offers a varied schedule that includes all shifts, every other weekend, and some holidays—perfect for those who enjoy a dynamic work environment. You will work between 28-40 hours per week, but you will always receive full-time benefits
We welcome new graduates and provide hands-on training to help you grow your career in a leading academic medical center. Final job title and level will be determined based on education, experience, and manager discretion at the time of offer.

What You'll Do
- Perform diagnostic radiography procedures independently and in accordance with established protocols.
- Review patient histories and physician orders to ensure accurate imaging and optimal data acquisition.
- Administer oral and rectal contrast following physician orders and department policy.
- Operate advanced imaging equipment to acquire, analyze, and document high-quality images.
- Maintain accurate exam tracking and documentation in the RIS and ISITE systems.
Diagnostic Tech Requirements:
- Graduate of an ARRT approved school of Radiologic Technology or verification from ARRT approved school of completion of program and scheduled graduation date.
- Technologists hired before graduation will have indirect supervision by an ARRT certified diagnostic technologist until the degree is verified.
Licensure, Certifications, and Clearances:
- ARRT Registry eligible as a Radiologic Technologist.
- Must obtain radiography registry within 6 months of hire date.
- CPR or BLS Required.
- CPR required based on AHA standards that include both a didactic and skills demonstration component within 30 days of hire.
