    Description

    RIDGEVIEW, a not-for-profit community mental health center, is expanding and has an immediate opening for a social work or counseling Substance Use Disorder Outpatient Therapist to split between our LaFollette and Oneida locations.

    For unlicensed staff, supervision is provided for paths leading to LCSW or LPC-MHSP.


    Ridgeview is currently offering a bonus program available after your successful 90 day orientation period in return for a one year service commitment.

    REQUIREMENTS
    Primarily responsible for the delivery of trauma-informed outpatient clinical services. Responsible for the delivery of outpatient clinical services including assessment, diagnosis, & treatment such as psychotherapy and group therapy.

    Requires consultation with other disciplines, participation in treatment team meetings, and collaboration with administration in task team meetings developed to improve clinical care.


    JOB DUTIES

    • Be authentic, genuine, and transparent
    • Play a significant role of resolving serious issues and conflicts within the family
    • Encourage and motivate individuals to tackle their mental health and behavioral problems effectively
    • Provide a safe environment and establish a warm, comfortable therapeutic culture
    • Work toward licensure as LCSW, LPC-MHSP, or LMFT if not already licensed
