    We are looking for a Lead Property Administrator to join our team at White Sands Missile Range in New Mexico to support the IAMD Product Office

    Your day-to-day work will include:

    • Efficient and effective management of all government property and equipment within the IAMD Program Office within the Test Directorate at WSMR.
    • Function as the Logistics Lead for IAMD, providing oversight of organizational compliance with Army logistics regulations and PEO logistics policies.
    • Utilize the Defense Property Accountability System (DPAS) to maintain accountability of program assets
    Provide support over annual and monthly inventories of program test assets and property.


    • Assist the Primary Hand Receipt Holder (PHRH), Sub- Hand Receipt Holder, and IFMC Property Administrators in the completion of inventories and accountability documentation.
    • Prepare, submit, and analyze data interchange reports IAW AR 710-4.
    • Issue and receive Major End Items (MEI)s for test events and ensure inventories are completed at the end of test events.
    • Prepare and maintain requisitions, shipping, and receiving information on all Government Furnished Property (GFP) IAW AR
    • Perform analysis of GFP resulting in viable r recommendations on the Repair and Return Program shortages.
    • Maintain tracking information on the movement of assets requiring maintenance and supplies necessary for repairs.
    • Lead scheduling of Preventative Maintenance Checks and Services (PMCS) of all Testing equipment.
    • Provide oversight accountability of spare parts requisitions and unserviceable equipment scheduled for turn-in/disposition.
    • Provide support for transportation coordination and movement of test assets to various testing locations.
    • Ensure processes are annotated in the DPAS system to ensure accountability is always maintained.
    • Monitor organizational compliance with logistical regulations and Missiles and Space (MS) Logistical Policies.
    • Assist the Government in correcting findings identified during Command Supply Discipline Program (CSDP) inspections or Army Audits.
    • Assist the government with information to maintain compliance on Audit Readiness

    At a minimum you should have:

    • Active SECRET security clearance.
    • US Citizen must be a resident of the WSMR area (El Paso, TX or Las Cruces, NM area) or willing to relocate.
    • A minimum of a bachelor's degree is preferred
    Work experience of 8+ years in Army logistics processing and systems may be substituted for education.


    • Be familiar with shipping and receiving procedures or be willing to learn transportation processes.
    • Candidate must have 5+ years of Army Property Book or Property Accountability and inventory experience at the organizational level.
    • Candidate must be familiar with Army Supply Regulations.
    • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office toolset (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel)

    Estimated Salary Range:
    $80,000 to $100,000 The provided salary range serves as a broad reference
