    Warehouse Job Duties:

    Equipment Logistics including, managing inventory, equipment pulls for shows, trucking & freight

    Warehouse Management including safety, inventory, asset security

    Prepares orders/shows by processing requests and supply orders; managing inventory: pulling equipment; loading trucks or shipping containers.

    Completes deliveries by driving truck or van to and from venues.

    Maintains truck or van by completing preventive maintenance requirements; arranging for repairs.

    Maintains inventory controls.

    Maintains quality service by following organization standards.

    Maintains safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat; maintaining clean staging/shipping supply area; complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.

    Completes reports by entering required information.

    Maintains technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing publications.

    Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

    Audiovisual Technician Job Duties:

    The Audio Visual Technicians will be responsible for the overall pull, load, set up, operation and tear-down of audio-visual equipment.

    Entry Level AV Technicians should have basic knowledge of:

    Audio :

    • Speakers: Different speaker types, general sound reinforcement, amplifiers, line-arrays
    • Mixers: 6-48 channel mixers, cabling, troubleshooting (feedback, connectivity)
    • Microphones: handheld, lavaliere, headset, push-to-talk (wired/wireless)
    • Signal Flow

    Video:

    • Cameras, Switching, editing, projectors (LCD, DLP, HD), front vs. rear projection, screens (fast fold, tripod, widescreen), Standard Def vs HD formatting, I-Mag,

    Lighting :

    • Stagewash, Lights (uplights, spotlights, LED vs Source 4's or Par Can lighting, GOBO's, Gel's etc.)
    • Lighting Boards (Dimmers, Analog, Digital)

    Requirements or Qualifications:

    • Customer service oriented
    • Enthusiastic, positive, self-motivated
    • Team player
    • 2 years AV experience/Live Corporate Events
    • Able to work all days of week and all shifts including late evenings
    • Flex Rental Solution Software knowledge preferred
    • Warehouse Coordination experience preferred
    • Excellent time management, organization, and communications skills required
    • Heavy Lifting Required
    • Fork Lift Operator preferred
    • Ability to drive 18' Cargo Box Truck
    • Valid Driver's License, clean abstract
    • Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check

    Pay: From $25.00 per hour

    Expected hours: 40 per week
