The role of the PreService Representative is to secure accounts with eligible insurance.In addition, the representative will verify patient payer eligibility,
budgets/coverage, confirm authorization requirements
and secure on account.
- The representative will complete pre-registration phone interviews.
- Necessary pre-registration information including demographics
,insurance information,and Medicare MSPQwith documentation
pertaining in electronic medical record account.
