Job summary
We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Proposal Manager to support our regional practice.GHD is looking for a seasoned proposal leader who can drive teams to develop compliant and competitive bids for engineering, construction or professional services organizations.
The selected candidate will collaborate with regional leadership to align growth targets and winning work. This hybrid work position requires 3 days in the office per week,
- Manage large proposal efforts cross-functionally across the Americas.
- Lead proposal strategy discussions, GNGs, and kick-off meetings for large pursuits.
