    PRIMARY DUTIES RESPONSIBILITIES:



    Provides CADD services and support for C5ISC's assets and systems

    Provides CADD Services to update and/or create Technical Drawings, Graphics, and other Official Business Documentation (i.e., Organizational and Project Management Charts) upon Government request through the Remedy CGFIXIT Tool.

    The Remedy CGFIXIT Tool is used to record Requests and to track development of all Technical Drawings and Graphics
    Maintains their assigned tasks within the Remedy CGFIXIT Tool
    Maintains a library of their final products in both the published and editable formats.

    The library shall include an index of document information for each document including, at a minimum, reference number, title, system owner, publication date, and version number (if applicable).

    The library index shall be sorted in sequential order, as approved by the Government

    Follows each Technical Drawing / Graphic and/or Technical Drawing / Graphic project through to completion in accordance with the references listed above.

    The process is not complete until it has been published to CGLIMS-STIP and/or applicable Government repository (contractor will not be held responsible for government delays caused by the CGLIMS-STIP or applicable Government repository publication processes)

    Leads CADD Operator/Drafter shall be the primary operational point of contact for the COR and shall be located at USCG C5ISC, Portsmouth, VA.

    Supports Product Line and ESD engineering services within the scope of CADD services. This includes but is not limited to attending meetings and providing input/direction to program/project managers in regard to assigned tasks

    Requirements

    MINIMUM SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:



    Proficient and qualified to develop, format, proof, edit/revise, produce and publish CADD drawings in accordance with USCG regulations.
    Must possess a working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, Visio, and Adobe Acrobat
    Must have and maintain a US government SECRET security clearance.
    At least 2 years of experience in the submission of USCG technical drawings to CGLIMS-STIP
    At least 5 years of supervisory experience managing/leading at least one CADD operator
    At least 4 years of drafting experience to include layouts, illustrations, wiring diagrams, and fabrication drawings (i.e., electrical, machine, and sheet metal/ship drawings)
    Graduate of an Accredited Drafting Program or completion of a CADD program from an accredited school/university.

    This requirement may be fulfilled by meeting all the following exceptions:
    At least 10 years of leadership experience as CADD operator; and At least 5 years of CADD experience in the submission of USCG technical drawings to Surface Technical Information Portal

    DESIRED SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:



    In-depth, hands on experience working in CAD and leading CAD teams

    SRC IS A CONTRACTOR FOR THE U.S. GOVERNMENT, THIS POSITION WILL REQUIRE U.S. CITIZENSHIP AND ELIGIBILITY FOR A U.S. GOVERNMENT SECURITY CLEARANCE AT THE SECRET LEVEL
