Customer Service Representative Job Description

This position reports to the Plant Manager. The tasks of this individual will include, but is not limited to:

Scheduling pickups and routing trucks.
Assisting customers and resolving issues when needed.
Prepare corresponding paperwork (manifests, labels, LDR's, run sheets, etc.).
Answering phone calls and emails daily.
Performing data entry into the Enviroware (EW) software.
Resolving discrepancies and working drum hold sheet.
Sending recertification forms to customers when applicable.
Retrieving invoices and other paperwork per customer's request.
Assisting sales representatives with questions, pricing, new profiles, reports, etc.
Printing and mailing correspondence to existing customers.

Qualifications:

Good attendance and punctuality.
Ability to follow directions and safety rules.
Strong and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
High School diploma or General Educational Development (GED) required.

Requirements:

Good work ethic and perform as a Team Player.
Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening.
Use of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) is a plus.
Must have good keyboarding skills.
