    SUMMARY

    The Sales Commissions Analyst will provide support for administering the monthly sales commission process. This includes partnering closely with other department stakeholders and the Sales Operations team to support the processing of monthly sales commissions for a variety of sales commission eligible positions at Avetta. This will include the review, calculation, and approval of allocated commissions for payroll processing to ensure accurate and timely monthly/quarterly commission payments. The Sales Commission Analyst should be detail oriented with strong financial and analytics capabilities.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Process monthly/quarterly commissions payouts in Spiff for Payroll processing and payment.
    • Provide ad-hoc support for internal Sales Operations deliverables, pertaining to Sales Compensation, CRM/Sales data maintenance and/or Sales Reporting.
    • Demonstrate strong collaboration skills to partner with key cross-functional partners, notably Finance, HR and key Sales stakeholders.
    • Must demonstrate immaculate attention to detail and advanced data management and analytical skills, strong Excel and other financial software skills.

    EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE:

    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a technical or business discipline.
    • 5+ years of Finance, Accounting or Sales Compensation experience preferred.
    • Ability to synthesize and aggregate large amounts of data, and subsequently summarize the data for executive consumption.
    • Experience with Salesforce and Commissions Software.
    • Strong Excel for financial analytics.
