    Autumn Lake Healthcare at Norwalk is a dynamic organization seeking a Weekend Nurse Supervisor to lead our nursing team on weekends.

    Responsibilities

    • Plan, oversee, and execute nursing services for residents while ensuring compliance with regulations.
    • Collaborate with the Nursing Director to strategize nursing service operations and emergency support provisions.
    • Adjust care plans in collaboration with medical staff to address emergency medical needs.
    • Ensure adequate relief staff availability and notify residents' personal physicians of significant changes in their condition.
    • Handle admission of new residents and oversee Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs).
    • Work independently with attention to detail and possess knowledge of daily operations.

    Qualifications and Requirements

    • Prior experience as a Weekend Nurse Supervisor is preferred.
    • Licensed Registered Nurse with a current State of Connecticut Registered Nurse License.
    • At least one year of clinical experience.
    • Strong clinical assessment, organizational, and communication skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    Compensation

    $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
