Summary: Seeking a Maintenance Technician for preventive and general maintenance of mechanical and electrical components on production equipment.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 3+ years of INDUSTRIAL MAINTENANCE experience
• Ability to work 1st Shift with rotating start times and mandatory weekend overtime

Preferred Skills:

• Graduate of Texas FAME AMT program
• Knowledge of various voltage systems and ability to perform installations and terminations independently
• Familiarity with electrical, mechanical, and electro-mechanical components
• Understanding of industrial safety requirements for hazardous materials/environments

Responsibilities:

• Perform general and preventive maintenance on mechanical/electrical production equipment components
• Ensure adherence to safety guidelines using proper PPE
• Maintain hydraulic, pneumatic systems, paint/engine fluid process control systems, roll formers, plasma cutters, welding equipment
• Troubleshoot, repair, clean, rebuild pumps, air motors, welders, fluid power systems, gear drives, heavy industrial machinery/controls
• Apply mechanical/electrical skills to solve production problems
• Rebuild various equipment based on instructions
• Collaborate with maintenance teams to resolve issues
• Diagnose failures at system/component levels
• Conduct scheduled maintenance alongside team leaders

Pay Details: $29.00 to $31.00 per hour
