    About The RoleWe are looking for a product marketing leader with a proven ability to lead the product marketing function, make complex topics simple and tailored to our buying audiences, optimize impact of GTM motions, and drive growth.

    Reporting to the Sr.

    Director of Customer and Product Marketing, the Director, Product Marketing owns the release and product launch process for all products at NinjaOne.

    You will launch products into market and drive growth by crafting messaging, building integrated campaigns, and injecting product, market, and competitive intelligence into all aspects of sales, marketing, and product development.

    The ideal candidate is someone who loves to make an impact, is creative but analytical, thrives in cross-functional roles, and has a roll-up-your-sleeves and get-it-done attitude.

    • TX, FL, CA, NC, GA, CT, ME, KS, & VA.
    What You'll Be DoingTeam leadership
    • Build, nurture, and manage a world class global product marketing team of PMMs, helping set goals and upskill.

    Product Marketing Strategy
    • Develop and execute a cohesive product marketing strategy for NinjaOne's entire product portfolio, aligning with the companys overall business objectives.
    Product Launch & Release Management
    • Architect a streamlined release marketing process, develop a release marketing strategy, lead strategic planning and execution of product launches in a way that maximizes market impact and adoption, and analyze launch performance to identify opportunities for improvement.

    Messaging & Positioning
    • Craft compelling solution positioning, messaging, and differentiation that showcases the benefits of NinjaOne products and features and helps marketing and sales build and close pipeline.

    GTM Strategy
    • Own the GTM strategy for new product lines, including ideal customer profiles, personas, buyer journey, messaging & positioning, use cases, competitive intelligence, and launch strategy.

    GTM Enablement
    • In partnership with sales enablement, drive the creation of GTM enablement materials and training to support product and feature launches.
    Support ongoing sales upskill activities and product knowledge growth.
    Integrated GTM Activities
    • Partner with product management, revenue marketing, and sales to support integrated marketing plans that drive product adoption and new revenue growth.
    Support revenue marketing in ongoing marketing activities and content creation.
    Product Expertise & Evangelization
    • Become an expert on NinjaOne's products and customers and act as an SME to product, marketing, sales, and account management teams; act as SME for webinars and in person events.

    Program Management
    • Conduct project planning activities and manage the execution of projects from ideation to planning to execution phases, taking end to end ownership.

    Pricing & Packaging
    • Support pricing and packaging strategies for new and existing products.
    Other duties as assigned.

    About You10+ years of experience in technology or SaaS product marketing5+ years of progressive management experience with an emphasis on leadership and cross-functional partnershipsBachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing,Business, or Software DevelopmentYou understand the needs and challenges of the IT operations personaYou excel at translating technical details into tailored stories that resonate with buyersYou have proven experience delivering impactful GTM plans that move the revenue needleYou are great at building cross-functional relationshipsYou love speaking in front of audiencesPolished written and oral communication skillsDemonstrated ability of successfully delivering commercial and GTM outcomesDemonstrated ability to succeed in commercializing complex technology products in a high-growth environmentYou are facile with a myriad of demonstration tools for web, e-meeting and in-person use - video, guided tours, compelling presentations, etc.

    Ability to prioritize well, communicate clearly, and understand how to drive a high level of focus and excellence with a strong, talented, opinionated teamDemonstrated ability to work in cross-functional teams to deliver successfully against strategic initiativesRequired: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Sharepoint, Excel, PowerPoint, Word), Asana, Airtable, Salesforce, Tableau, HighSpot, Seismic, Adobe Acrobat, and WordPress.

    Preferred experience with ProductBoard and Camtasia.
