    Responsibilities
    • Create repair orders, update customers, write estimates
    • Communicate inspection reports and pricing with customers
    • Handle incoming calls and messages, attend events, maintain cleanliness
    • Assist Service Manager and follow company policies

    Requirements

    • Valid MN driver's license
    • Service Advisor ASE certification
    • Strong organizational and communication skills
    • Independent and motivated
    • Ability to operate necessary equipment
    • Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs
    • Proficient in various software and CRM tools

    Preferred Qualifications

    • 0-3 years of relevant experience
    • Associates degree or higher
    Compensation Range: $60,000-$100,000
