    Job Summary: AtWork Group is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Clerical Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the sanitation team by handling administrative tasks efficiently and ensuring smooth operations within the department.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a manufacturing or food production environment.
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
    • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
    • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
    • Manage communication within the department and with other departments regarding sanitation-related matters.
    • Support HR with Time and Payroll Management (TPM), paycheck distribution, and employee orientations.

    Requirements:

    • Administrative experience in a manufacturing or food production environment.
    • Strong organizational and communication skills.
    • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other relevant software.
